You earn points by doing the things your employer has chosen to recognise. Each one is called an incentive, and they're all listed on the Earn tab under Ways to Earn.

Tap Earn in the bottom bar.
Scroll to Ways to Earn. Each card is a live incentive. It shows the name, what you could earn, and where you're up to - for example Next bonus at: 0 / 1 achievements, or Earned so far: 1 year for a milestone.
Tap View Details on any card to see how long it runs, your achievements to date, your next bonus and what's up next.
What incentives look like
Your employer builds them, so they'll differ from business to business and can change over time. A few examples:
A one-off - completing a training course
A milestone - reaching two years' service
Ongoing - no end date, so it pays each time you hit the mark
Each incentive shows how long it runs for, so you'll know whether it's a one-off, for a set period, or ongoing.
Points are paid automatically
When you hit the mark, the points go into your balance. There's nothing to claim and no form to fill in. Some rewards show as waiting on your employer for a short while before they're released. If one has been waiting a long time, ask your manager.
Your streak
The Active streak card near the top of Earn shows how many days you've kept going. Some incentives are built around streaks, so keep an eye on it.
Cashback is separate
Spending your own money on gift cards in the Shop earns cashback in pounds, not points. It shows alongside your rewards on Home.
