Tap Earn (the flame icon) in the bottom bar. Your points balance is at the top, and everything you've earned is listed underneath. Here's where each number lives.
Earn - your points balance
At the top of Earn is your Rewards balance in points, with the venue it belongs to and the date you started. To spend them, you move them onto your Square gift card - see How do I redeem my points on my Square gift card?
If some points show as waiting on your employer, you've earned them but they haven't been released into your balance yet. Give it a little time. If they're still waiting after a while, ask your manager.
Your employer's tab - points and your gift card
There's a tab in the bottom bar with a bank icon and your employer's name on it. Tap it to see your points balance for their venues, what it's worth in pounds, and your Square gift card with what's left on it.
Home - the pound value
Home shows your current monthly balance in pounds, with an arrow comparing it to the previous period. Scroll down and you'll find:
Last 6 months - a month-by-month chart of what you've earned, split into rewards and cashback
A one-line summary from Grace AI of what you've earned on top of your base pay
Balance breakdown - rewards from incentives and cashback from gift card purchases, with a total. Use the month dropdown to look back
Your history - every point, itemised
At the bottom of Earn is Your history:
Earned - each reward you've been paid, with the incentive it came from, the venue and the date
Transactions - points in and points out, with your running balance
If you have more than one kind of points, use the filter above the list to switch between them.
Shop - your cashback
The top of Shop (the bag icon) shows any cashback that's ready to spend, in pounds. Cashback comes from buying gift cards with your own money.
