Grateful

A quick introduction to Smart Rewards in your Grateful app - earning points for the things your employer recognises, and spending them where you choose.

What is Smart Rewards?

Your points live on the Earn tab, your employer's points on their own tab, and the pound value on Home. Here's where to look for each.

Where can I see my points?

Points come from incentives your employer sets up - training, milestones, streaks and more. Here's how to see what's on offer and track your progress.

How do I earn points?

Points always show with their pound value next to them, so there's no maths to do. Here's how to read it and where to check.

How much are my points worth?

Move your points onto your Square gift card, then pay at any of your employer's venues by showing the QR code. Step by step.

How do I redeem my points on my Square gift card?

Gift cards from thousands of retailers, cashback when you spend your own money, and favourites so you can find them again.

The Shop and cashback explained

Points go onto your Square gift card and are spent at your employer's venues. The Shop is for your own money, with cashback. Here's the difference.

What can I spend my points on?

What the cards on your Earn tab mean - your active streak, each live incentive, next bonus, milestones and your history.

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.

Prototype invite-team answer

This prototype demo does not have a scripted answer for that question yet. Try asking how to invite your team or open a source article. No production Fin API was called.
