Streaks and incentives explained

What the cards on your Earn tab mean - your active streak, each live incentive, next bonus, milestones and your history.

The Earn tab shows you what you could earn and how close you are. Here's what each part of it means.

Your active streak

The Active streak card sits near the top of Earn. It updates as your shift starts and shows how many days you've kept going, for example Keep it going: 5 days so far. Some incentives are built around streaks, so a long run can be worth something. Check Ways to Earn to see if yours are.

Ways to Earn - your live incentives

Each card under Ways to Earn is one incentive your employer has set up. On the card you'll see:

  • The type, for example Individual incentive

  • The name, such as a training course or a service milestone

  • You could earn - the points on offer

  • Your progress - Next bonus at for achievement-based incentives, or Earned so far for milestones

  • View Details - tap for the full picture

Inside View Details

  • Runs - the start date and either an end date or Ongoing. Ongoing means it keeps paying each time you hit the mark

  • Achievements to date - how many times you've done it

  • Next bonus - what the next achievement pays

  • You are here - where you're up to, with what's Upcoming and how many to go

Milestone incentives, such as years of service, show Years to date, Banked so far and each milestone with how many times it's been paid.

Your history

At the bottom of Earn, Your history lists every reward you've been paid under Earned, and every point in and out under Transactions. If you have more than one kind of points, use the filter to switch between them.

Who sets the rules?

Your employer. They decide which incentives run, what they pay and for how long, so they can change over time. If you're not sure what counts for a particular incentive, ask your manager.
