If your tip amount has changed and you’re unsure why, we need to check this for you.
For security and accuracy, this must be logged via Messenger.

Log a query with us
Send us a message
You will be asked for all the relevant info so that we can look into this. Things like:
Your full name
Your site name
The pay period affected
What you expected to receive
What you actually received
