If the hours shown in Grateful do not look correct, we need to check this for you.
For security and accuracy, this must be logged via Messenger.
What to do
Open the Grateful platform or Help Centre
Click the chat bubble in the bottom right
Log a query with us
Send us a message
You will be asked for all the relevant info so that we can look into this. Things like:
Your full name
Your site name
The date range affected
What you believe the correct hours should be
