What to do if my Tronc is missing from my payslip
If your Tronc is missing from your payslip, there are two possible reasons.
The first step is to check whether Tronc is showing for that period in Grateful.
If Tronc is showing in Grateful
If Tronc is visible in Grateful for that pay period, this means the Tronc has been calculated correctly.
In this case, the most likely cause is that it was missed during payroll processing.
What to do
Contact your HR or Payroll team first
Ask them to check your payslip for the Tronc amount shown in Grateful
This is usually a simple payroll correction.
If Tronc is not showing in Grateful
