How to log a support query using Messenger

Use Messenger once logged in for the fastest support.

It helps us see:

  • Your account

  • Your workspace

  • Your setup

  • Your issue history

How to send us a message

  • Go to the Grateful platform or Help Centre

  • Look for the chat bubble in the bottom right

1. Click on Contact support

2. Choose your role

If you are neither or unsure, you can log a ticket through 'Something else'

3. Click on the 'Create ticket' button

Follow the chat flow to select your support type, then click 'Create ticket' to open the ticket form.

4. Give us all the relevant details

As much detail as possible helps us swiftly resolve your query!
