I didn’t receive my tronc

If you believe your tronc is missing, we need to check it for you.

For security and accuracy, this must be logged via Messenger.

What to do

  • Open the Grateful platform or Help Centre

  • Click the chat bubble in the bottom right

  • Log a query with us

  • Send us a message

You will be asked for all the relevant info so that we can look into this. Things like:

  • Your full name

  • Your site name

  • The pay period affected

  • What you expected to receive

⚠️ Do not email this issue.
Payment checks are easier and need secure account access.
