Resetting your password
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it in a few simple steps.
Enter the email address linked to your Grateful account
Click Send reset link
What happens next:
You’ll receive an email with a secure password reset link
Open the email and click the link
Create your new password and save it
If you don’t see the email:
Check your junk or spam folder
Make sure you used the correct work email address
If you’re still stuck, contact support via Messenger or email at [email protected], and include your employer, site, role, and full name.
💡TIP: Your password must be at least eight characters
