Your points go onto your Square gift card, and the card is spent at any of your employer's venues. Food, drink, whatever the venue sells. That's the only way to redeem points for now.

Worth knowing
Every gift card in the Shop has a minimum amount, shown as from £X on the card
Each card shows a cashback rate. That applies when you spend your own money, and comes back to you in pounds
Tap the heart on a card to add it to your Favourites
Gift cards you've bought are kept under View gift cards on the Shop tab
