What happens if my business changes the Tronc policy?
If your employer wants to change the Tronc policy:
They must submit the change to the Troncmaster for approval
Troncmaster will review and — if acceptable — approve it
All team members will be notified about the change
If it’s a substantial change, the business may run a vote or issue a formal communication to the whole team before it takes effect.
