🔒 How to share your data securely with Grateful
Sometimes we’ll ask you to share employee data so we can set you up correctly on the system.
To keep your data safe, please follow the steps below.
What to do
Password-protect your file
Use this official Microsoft guide:

Once the file is protected:Email us the file
Then send the password in a separate email
This keeps the data secure if an email is mis-sent.
Delete the file once sent
After sending:Delete the file from your device
Empty your recycle bin if possible
