We're excited to share that the Grateful admin experience is getting a complete redesign, launching on 27th April 2026.
Earlier this year, we rolled out a fresh new look for the user side of Grateful. Now it's the admin's turn. The entire admin area has been rebuilt from the ground up with a cleaner design, smoother navigation, and a more modern feel - making it easier and more enjoyable to manage your team's tronc, tips, and STASH.
What's changing
This is a full visual redesign of the admin experience. Every screen has been refreshed with an updated layout, improved typography, clearer information hierarchy, and a design language that matches the modern Grateful look your team members already know.
The goal is simple: make everything you already do in Grateful faster, clearer, and more intuitive.
What's staying the same
All of the functionality you rely on is still there - nothing has been removed. Every feature, report, and workflow works exactly as before (and in many cases, even better). You won't need to re-learn anything or change how you operate. It's the same Grateful you know, just better looking and easier to use.
When is this happening
The new admin experience launches on 27th April 2026. The update will apply automatically - there's nothing you need to do. When you next log in after that date, you'll see the new design straight away.
What to expect
A cleaner, more modern design - less clutter, more clarity. Information is easier to find and actions are easier to take.
Improved navigation - getting around the admin area feels smoother and more logical.
Consistent look across Grateful - the admin side now matches the refreshed user experience, so the whole platform feels cohesive.
Same features, same data - nothing has moved or been removed. Your reports, settings, and workflows are all exactly where you left them.
